You might ask yourself, why is there an Elf on our homepage?! Well, if you didn’t know, thats Ruby, out Scout Elf. She usually hangs around during the month of December, but figured she would hang out for the month and help educate customers on their July Birthstone!
Ruby is one of the four most precious gemstones known to man, along with Diamond, Sapphire, and Emerald. Rubies tend to symbolize a few things, but mainly power and protection as they are also known to help enemies be at peace from each other.
Where do Rubies come from exactly? Well, a majority of them are mined in Thailand, Madagascar, Sri Lanka, and also India.
