Privacy:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our website. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page (s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security:
Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read nor shared over the internet.
Refund/Returns:
A Sales Receipt must accompany all returned merchandise. We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on almost everything, via credit card or check. A refund will be dispersed back within 3 business days of being returned and inspected. Merchandise returned with receipt after 14 days, but within 30 days will receive a full merchandise credit. ALL Special Orders, Custom Design/CAD pieces, Engraved Items, and/or Altered Items are a FINAL SALE. When an in-stock purchase is made during December, the item can be returned with a receipt for a full refund in the form it was paid for until January 14th. From January 14th-January 24th items can be exchanged. No other exceptions will be made. Online Orders follow the same policy above. In addition, all items purchased through our website will be shipped with a tag stating, “Not Returnable if Tag is Removed”. NO Exceptions. All Online Returns will be inspected promptly upon receiving. Return shipping is buyers’ responsibility and buyer must supply tracking information. Please call (617) 479-9464 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 14 days of Purchase Date. Items should be returned as un-worn & the same condition they were purchased as or this policy will be terminated. Original inner/outer boxes must be returned at time of exchange/return or this policy is terminated. Items returned for a refund that have been shipped for original purchase will result in a $50 fee towards the shipping cost. Thank You for the Business. Our Goal is your Satisfaction!
Shipping:
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). Sorry but we cannot ship outside of the United States or P.O. Boxes. All purchases will receive a tracking number. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit Card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. FedEx deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. If you require Express or 2-day shipping, please call us at (617) 479-9464. In most cases items will be shipped out 2-day or Express, depending on what our insurance allows. Shipping charges will occur for final sale items and discounted items (see below).
Shipping Cost:
Enjoy FREE Shipping on purchases over $100.00. *Flat fee of $10.00 for any purchases less than $100.00. Final sale/Discounted items will have a $30 shipping charge for insurance purposes, no exceptions.
Please Note: Out of State orders will not be charged Sales Tax. In State orders will be charged 6.25% Sales Tax.
Return Shipping is Buyers financial Responsibility. Buyer is responsible for insuring the returned item for the proper amount. Inner and outer boxes/packaging is required for full credit of your return. No Exceptions.
